Who Are We?:

Opinion And Current Affairs Writers...

It's A Matter Of Opinion
Owned and administrated by Patrick, Scott and Felis, It’s A Matter Of Opinion is the only community weblog so far on the site. There are 10 different contributors all with their own unique perspective on the events of the day. The site has a heavy conservative emphasis but all comments dissenting or otherwise are welcome!

Bernard Slattery
Veteran regional journalist who detests the leftwing slant in most mainstream political coverage. Has a similar abhorrence for the dumbed-down cult of celebrity that infests much of modern media. And not too keen on the postmodernism in education that is producing a generation of illiterates. To remove the scowl Slatts goes for humourists in the vein of PJ O'Rourke and Carl Hiaasen, Aussie Rules football (er, Collingwood), horse racing, British movies, Australian military campaigns and Australian crime writers, Peter Temple, Peter Corris and Gary Disher. Deadwood on Foxtel has become a don't miss. Has a beautiful wife and two adored young adult children. Out of home passions are bike riding and fishing.

Rachel Croucher
A bored Libertarian twentysomething raising debate about anything from politics and social issues to the hilarious banality of the celebrity world, as well as encouraging all sides to engage in the art of tasteless joke making. Everyone is welcome, but Communists and Scientologists will be politely redirected to Narnia. Or Cuba. Yes, Cuba will do just fine thanks

Moral Dilemma
This site raises for discussion topical, morally controversial issues. It aims to sharpen the moral thinking of the community by providing a forum for debate about the important issues of our time. It is a forum for enlightened discussion on important topics in a manner that is comprehensible to all potential users. Written by one of Australia's most acclaimed academics Mirko Bagaric.

Crime Victims Advocate
Speil comming soon.

Entertainment...

The Dog Blog
This is the place to find Che Dogge’ and his notorious Cute and Cuddly Revolution cohorts. Life is viewed through the eyes of three overly pampered pets with extreme attitude problems. Together the three revolutionaries are dysfunctional, mischievous, self-indulgent and disrespectful especially to each other. Sometimes they’re annoying… sometimes they’re funny… but they’re always cute and cuddly!

Journals and Diaries...

Diary Of Debbies Discontent
A personal journal to share e-mails, my thoughts, and the happenings of my daily life. Just my little corner of cyber-space.
